As a cost-conscious small business, we were naturally concerned about adding expense to our operation. Our first two years of operation with a conventional cash register seemed to be working fine. What few problems we have experienced in over a year were usually the result of a misunderstanding on our part of what we were trying to do. The support we’ve received has been AWESOME. We usually get someone on the phone immediately when calling. On the few occasions when we’ve left a message, we’ve gotten a call back within 30 minutes. As a final comment, the release of the Lighthouse software has made our life so much easier and made analysis of our business much more efficient.
